The Challenge: To develop a captivating original IP from the ground up and execute a mathematically complex 3×5 reel, 243-ways video slot, all while navigating the intense logistical complexities of managing a remote, international animation pipeline.

The Solution: Built the foundational game concept and successfully bridged the gap between high-retention game design—including a 5-level gold symbol upgrade mechanic, 4-tier progressive jackpots, and a highly variable 12-field pick bonus—and technical execution. Remotely spearheaded a full animation studio in Krakow, maintaining strict quality control and unified team management.
